Provides the following services free of charge to Montgomery County residents: childhood immunization; lead screening; Tuberculosis testing and treatment; and sexually transmitted diseases/HIV testing, treatment, education and counseling. Also, investigates health hazards including food borne disease, childhood lead poisoning and public health nuisances. Free nurse home visiting programs available to pregnant women, new mothers, fathers, and their children. Health Educators are available to teach on a wide variety of health topics.

Monday, hours vary, call for appointment and information (610) 278-5145

Communicable Disease Clinic Hours (no appointment necessary):                          

Wednesday, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

*Services offered: HIV Testing and Counseling, Sexually Transmitted Disease and Tuberculosis- Screening and Treatment
